The Challenge
Colma is a company based in the United States Of America . They required a user-friendly platform for job seekers to post resumes and clients to onboard candidates, with clear flows for both user types. I took on the charge to design the responsive User Interfaces for the Web platform.
Our Solution
Designed a clean, intuitive UI/UX using Figma tool and components.
Mapped user journeys for job seekers and employers and documented them as workflow charts and written format.
Created interactive prototypes for web platform and different user journeys.
We ensured the responsive design across most of the devices.
The Outcome
Delivered a modern, scalable design that improved usability and made the hiring process smooth for for users in Figma Designs as a clickable Prototype. It helped the stakeholders to visualize the platform in advance before single line of code is written, brought clarity in concept and helped in bringing commercials down.
